Studio Policy

Class Etiquette

  • Please present your membership card and complete sign-in procedures 15 minutes prior to the class.
  • Please be in the classroom 5 minutes early. Late comers will be refused entry.
  • Please do not leave the classroom during session, unless there is an urgent reason for leaving.
  • Proper attire is required for your own safety. Please do not wear jeans, short skirts, clothes that are overly revealing or otherwise inappropriate.
  • Cycle: We recommend a tank-top or t-shirt with shorts, leggings or fitted pants; please avoid loose pants. Socks are required.
  • Barre: Fitted outfits. You may go barefoot or wear non-slip socks.
  • Avoid a full meal, but have something light 30 minutes before arriving at the studio to sustain your energy.
  • Stay hydrated and bring your own water to class.
  • Tie your hair and focus on the ride.
  • Inform your instructor of any physical condition that may affect your performance, such as any illness, injuries, or pregnancy before class. This will allow instructors to offer you help when necessary.

Health & Safety Reminders

  • Be responsible for your own safety and select classes based on your health condition.
  • Always listen to your body. Do not push yourself beyond your limits.
  • For safety reasons, riders must be between 150cm and 203cm tall and under 159 kg.
  • Beginners may experience some dizziness or shortness of breath. Don’t panic, just relax and focus on your breathing. If you experience any discomfort during class, please inform your instructor immediately.
