SPACE Concepts Ltd. (hereinafter, the Company) hereby informs you of the following matters relating to the collection, processing, utilization and international transmission of your personal information by the Company and its affiliates in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law (hereinafter, the Law).

Collection purposes:

Before or after this Notice and Consent Form is entered, you hereby agree that the Company and its affiliates may directly or indirectly collect your personal information according to the following specific purposes:

Consumer and client management and services (090); sports and competition events (142); employment and service management (145); online shopping and other electronic commerce services (148); auxiliary and logistic support management (150); management of advertising or business acts (152); business promotion; and other purposes required due to mutual contractual relations and the operation of the Company and its affiliates.

Types of personal information collected:

The types of your personal information collected by the Company include, for example, your name, ID number, gender, date of birth, contact information, height, weight, cycling shoe size or other specifics stipulated in the program agreement or in the rules by the Company and shall be the personal information the Company requires for relevant program services when transacting with you.

The period, area, subjects and manners of personal information utilization and the period, area, subject and manners of international transmission:
  • Period: the duration of the specific purposes for personal information collection/the period of utilization or retention under relevant laws, regulations or contract/ the utilization or retention period required by the Company for the execution of relevant business and/or business management (whichever is the longest).
  • Area: including the Republic of China, other overseas business locations of the Company, the countries in which its business activities take place, and the places in which other subjects under Subparagraph C are located.
  • Subjects: the business premises, operating activities, affiliates, and business outsourcing partners of the Company and its affiliates, as well as other individuals, companies, institutions (including research institutions) having business or cooperation with the Company and tax agencies and other agencies with investigative power pursuant to law.
  • Manners: the collection, processing, utilization, transmission (including international transmission) and destruction of personal information through automatic, mechanic or other non-automatic means within the collection purposes, within the scope of the operating activities of the Company and its affiliates, or for other necessary purposes.
Under Article 3 of the Law, you may exercise the following rights over your personal information retained by the Company:
  • You may inquire about, request to review or obtain a copy of the information from the Company, which may charge a fee to cover necessary costs and expenses pursuant to the Law.
  • You may lodge a request to the Company to supplement or correct the information, provided that you should provide proper explanation pursuant to the Law.
  • You may request that the Company stop the collection, processing or utilization and may request deletion, provided that your request may be denied if such information is needed by the Company for the performance of its duties or business under the Law or required to comply with other laws and regulations.
  • Impact on your rights and interests if you refuses to provide your personal information: You may freely choose whether to provide relevant personal information, provided that if you refuse to provide relevant personal information or if you provide incomplete/untrue/inaccurate information, the Company may be unable to conduct necessary review and relevant processing operation. This may affect the fulfilment of your personal interest and the contractual relationship between you and the Company.
  • Matters not provided for under this Notice and Consent Form shall be governed by relevant laws and regulations such as the Law.
  • If the above provisions are violated, the members may claim damages pursuant to law.
