Betty has been active most of her life. Growing up with sports as part of her day to day routine. As time has gone on, Betty has found passion in weight training and yoga. After competing in her first bodybuilding competition in 2014, Betty became more interested in training others more than just herself. Betty is excited to bring her long history of yoga and bodybuilding together to offer classes that offer strength training rooted in alignment. More than anything else, Betty is excited to share this journey of health with her students.
