Tully Lou的設計師兼創意總監Tully Humphrey在2013年創立品牌，以激勵女性運動、擁有更健康快樂的生活為使命，她要讓女人由內到外都亮麗。
出生於墨爾本的Tully Humphrey同時是充滿熱情瑜珈老師、設計師以及身心靈方面書籍的作者，她透過Tully Lou傳遞她的使命，那就是「感召時尚、叛逆且熱情的戰士，各自在人生每一段旅程閃耀，活出自己！」
